Licence to use

logbooksimple grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal pilot logbook purposes, subject to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use logbooksimple to store data that violates applicable law, to attempt to compromise the service, or to access another user's account without permission.

Your data and responsibility

You retain ownership of your logbook data. logbooksimple is a logging tool, not an official record keeper. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your flight records against official sources before using them for licensing, employment, or legal purposes.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deleting your account removes your data from our servers.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". logbooksimple does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or available at all times. Regulatory answers from Dispatch^ai cite a curated knowledge base and must be cross-checked against current official regulations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, logbooksimple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. In jurisdictions that do not allow these exclusions, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past twelve months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
