What is the Transport Canada recency requirement?

CARs 401.05 requires every 5 years a flight review or licensing flight test, plus within 24 months a recurrent training program; and within 6 months 5 takeoffs and 5 landings in the same category to carry passengers (night requires those 5 to be at night).
