When can I log PIC time under Transport Canada rules?

CARs 401.08 lets a pilot log PIC time when acting as PIC, when sole occupant, when sole manipulator if appropriately rated, or under supervision per the AIM. Co-pilots may log dual when receiving training. Pilot-in-Command Under Supervision (PICUS) is logged in the Remarks column.
