What is the Transport Canada IFR recency requirement?

Per CARs 401.05(3), to exercise instrument privileges a pilot must within the previous 6 months have acquired 6 hours of instrument time and 6 instrument approaches in actual or simulated IFR conditions in an aircraft, simulator, or FTD.
