FAR 61.129(a) requires 250 hours total time with 100 hours of powered flight (50 hours in airplanes), 100 hours PIC (50 in airplanes, 50 cross-country with at least 10 in airplanes), 20 hours of training, and 10 hours of solo (or PIC) including a 300 nm cross-country.
